CityCom Health is hiring licensed Health Insurance Agents to guide consumers through plan options and deliver a compliant, high-quality enrollment experience. What You’ll Do

• Educate consumers on health plan options and eligibility at a clear, professional pace
• Recommend plans based on consumer needs
• Manage the full sales cycle needs assessment, education, enrollment, and follow-up support
• Hit (and exceed) weekly/monthly performance goals while maintaining compliance and quality
• Build trust with consumers through strong communication and relationship-building

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License (in good standing)
• Strong communication skills and comfort level in educating consumers by phone
• Goal-driven and able to work independently while staying accountable to metrics
• Comfortable using CRM/digital sales tools and working in a structured sales environment

Preferred Qualifications

• ACA enrollment experience (Open Enrollment and/or SEP)
• Medicare and/or ancillary product sales experience (plus)
• Call-center or high-volume sales environment experience
